DENNIS P. LINDELL

Dennis P. Lindell concentrates his practice in commercial real estate, leasing, zoning, residential real estate, commercial litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, small businesses, corporate governance, selling and buying businesses, estate planning, and finance-loans. Dennis has over twenty years of extensive legal experience, practicing nearly eight years in two large Chicago law firms and in a small downtown Naperville law firm. His advanced real estate degree helps him to better serve his real estate and corporate clients and has allowed him to successfully handle numerous multi-million dollar commercial transactions for his clients. Dennis combines the best attributes of working at both large law and small law firms to give his clients aggressive and high quality legal representation with a quick turn-around time. Dennis has given various legal education seminars and has authored articles for publication. Dennis has helped numerous individuals and corporations with pro-bono matters as he is passionate in giving back to the community.
